Pulled Salmon Tacos – BBQ Style
After the Pulled Pork worked so well, we didn’t want to miss this recipe. Very easy, quick to make and very tasty!
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 200g salmon fillet
- 100g red cabbage cooked
- 65g salad mix
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 6 tortillas
- 1.5 dl sour cream
Accessories
- Cooking pot
- Fire bowl / stove
Preparation
- Season the salmon to taste and fry it in the pan until it is easy to break up with a fork.
- Cut the onion into strips and dice the avocado. Put the salad mix, red cabbage, onion and avocado in a bowl and mix.
- Put the salmon and salad in the tortilla and drizzle with lime juice. Pour a little sour cream on top and enjoy.
