Pulled Salmon Tacos – BBQ Style

After the Pulled Pork worked so well, we didn’t want to miss this recipe. Very easy, quick to make and very tasty!

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 100g red cabbage cooked
  • 65g salad mix
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 6 tortillas
  • 1.5 dl sour cream

Accessories

  • Cooking pot
  • Fire bowl / stove

Preparation

  1. Season the salmon to taste and fry it in the pan until it is easy to break up with a fork.
  2. Cut the onion into strips and dice the avocado. Put the salad mix, red cabbage, onion and avocado in a bowl and mix.
  3. Put the salmon and salad in the tortilla and drizzle with lime juice. Pour a little sour cream on top and enjoy.
